Return, Replacement and Warranty
- Return and Replacement
All orders placed can be returned free of charge within 14 days of the delivery date. Only for shipments to Italy, the Customer may alternatively request the replacement of the product within the same timeframe.
Return instructions
- Log in to your account and visit the Orders section
- Click on "Request Return" next to the product you intend to return
- Following approval of the request by Meeting, you will receive an email containing instructions and the return label
- Prepare and send the package within 7 days from the date of creation of the shipping label.
In case of withdrawal, shipping costs are borne by Meeting only for orders shipped to the following countries: Italy, Germany, France, Spain, Austria, United Kingdom and United States.
Meeting reserves the right to refuse returns beyond the timeframes mentioned above and to cancel shipping labels that have exceeded the limit of 7 days from the date of creation.
Product replacement instructions
- Send your replacement request by filling out the contact form in the Contact Us section of the Site.
- In the contact form, specify your request and indicate the number of the order for which you want to request a product replacement
- You will receive an email containing instructions and the return label
- Prepare and send the package within 7 days from the date the shipping label was created.
- Following inspection of the returned product, Meeting will send an e-mail with a summary of the replaced products, an indication of delivery times and any differences in the amount to be paid.
In case of replacement, shipping costs are borne by Meeting only for orders shipped to Italy and only for sunglasses or optical frames.
Meeting reserves the right to refuse returns beyond the times mentioned above and to cancel shipping labels that have exceeded the limit of 7 days from the date of creation.
- Warranty
All products sold by Meeting are covered by the manufacturer's legal guarantee of conformity for a period of 24 (twenty-four) months from the date of delivery of the product for defects of conformity, pursuant to Title III of the Legislative Decree. 206/2005.
To benefit from warranty assistance, the Customer must keep the invoice, or the payment receipt, together with the transport document and submit a formal complaint via the contact form in the "Contact us" section of the Site within a maximum period of 2 ( two) months from the date on which he discovered the defect.
- The warranty for defects of conformity will apply provided that the relevant product has been used correctly, in compliance with its intended use and as provided in the use and maintenance instructions present in and/or with the product.
- Following the report, in the event of non-conformity of the products, the Customer will have the right to obtain their restoration without charge, by replacing the same or equivalent product, or request a return.
- In cases where the application of the guarantees requires the return of the product, the same must be returned by the Customer in the original packaging, complete in all its parts (including packaging and any documentation and accessory equipment).
Damage caused by improper use and/or poor maintenance of the product, including deterioration or deterioration from use and accidental damage by the consumer, is not guaranteed. Scratching or scratching of lenses is considered normal wear and tear and is not covered by the warranty unless it is proven that the product had such a defect upon delivery.
What the warranty covers:
- Missing components
- Delamination of the lens coating of sunglasses
- Bubbles or imperfections in the lens coating
- Flaking or deterioration of the frame
- Welding defects
