The products on sale on https://my.xlabocchiali.it (hereinafter the “ Site ”) are sold and invoiced by MEETING srl UNIPERSONALE, with headquarters in Via Pozzillo Zona Industriale Ponteselice – 81100 Caserta (CE), a company registered with the Caserta Chamber of Commerce at no. REA 208683 of the Company Register, CF 02964400614 and VAT no. 02964400614 .

  1. Nature of the service

MEETING srl UNIPERSONALE exclusively supplies sunglasses, eyeglasses and eyewear accessories of the XLAB brand, of which it is the official reseller.

  1. Acceptance of the general conditions of sale and conclusion of the contract
    • The contract stipulated between MEETING srl UNIPERSONALE (hereinafter Meeting ) and the Customer (i.e. the individual, natural person, who makes the purchase on the Site, not relating to his commercial, entrepreneurial or professional activity) must be considered concluded with the acceptance of the order from Meeting. In the event of non-acceptance of the order, Meeting will in any case promptly notify the Customer.
    • By placing an order in the various ways provided, according to the order form on the Site (hereinafter the Order ), the Customer declares to have read all the information provided to him during the purchase procedure and to fully accept these general conditions (hereinafter the Conditions ).
    • These Conditions may be printed or saved on a durable medium, in compliance with the provisions of the art. 12 of Legislative Decree 70/2003 and art. 51 of Legislative Decree 206/2005, as amended by Legislative Decree 21/2014.
  1. Purchase methods
    • The products offered for sale by Meeting are only those present on the website https://my.xlabocchiali.it at the time the Order is placed, as described in the relevant information sheets.
    • In any case, it is understood that the images accompanying the descriptive sheet of a product are for informational purposes only and may not be perfectly representative of its characteristics but may differ, for example, in color and size (also due to the browser and monitor used for the access to the Site and viewing of images).
    • To place an Order, the Customer must complete the relevant form on the Site in its entirety and send it after having carefully read the Conditions, as well as the characteristics of the product and/or products he intends to purchase. The Customer must also request Meeting, if desired, to issue a tax invoice relating to the purchase, pursuant to art. 22 Presidential Decree no. 633/1972.
    • Correct receipt of the Order is confirmed by Meeting by means of a response via e-mail, sent to the e-mail address communicated by the Customer. This confirmation message will summarize the purchase conditions, as required by applicable law, as well as the data entered in the Order by the Customer, so that the Customer can verify the same and possibly communicate the necessary corrections of incorrect data without delay.
  2. Prices and Payment Methods
    • The prices indicated on the site are to be considered inclusive of taxes and VAT. Any shipping costs or payment costs are in any case communicated in advance to the Customer through the site or these Conditions.
    • We accept the following payment methods:
      • PayPal
        For payment, the customer can use the PayPal circuit according to its specific methods.
      • Credit card
        In cases of purchase of goods with credit card payment method, the transaction can take place through the secure Shopify Payments server or another secure server chosen by Meeting.
        In no case and at no stage of the payment will Meeting be able to know the information relating to the Customer's credit card, transmitted via a protected connection directly to the website of the banking institution that manages the transaction. No Meeting computer archive will retain such data and therefore under no circumstances can Meeting be held responsible for any fraudulent or improper use of credit cards by third parties at the time of payment.
      • Bank transfer
        In case of purchase by bank transfer, the Customer will view the bank details for payment after placing the order. The goods will be shipped only upon actual receipt of payment in the bank.
  1. Product availability, delivery and related costs
    • For each product on the Site, the availability of the product and shipping times are indicated indicatively.
    • The purchased products will be delivered to the address indicated by the Customer in the Order within 24-48 hours of acceptance of the Order by Meeting, at the cost specifically indicated on the Site before sending the Order. Meeting reserves the right not to proceed with the shipment of the goods, even after accepting the order, in the event of anomalies in the order received or incorrect amounts calculated. In any case, for deliveries to be carried out outside Italian borders, shipping costs and delivery times may vary.
    • With regards to deliveries requested in countries not belonging to the European Union, any import customs costs will be borne by the recipient. The Customer is therefore invited to contact the customs authorities of their country in advance to verify the costs and any import limits.
    • The delivery times indicated by Meeting must be considered purely indicative and a delay compared to them does not entitle the Customer to refuse the delivery itself and to request compensation or compensation. Shipping times are calculated only after payment of the order and not after its receipt. In the case of payment by bank transfer, shipping on the days indicated takes place only after receipt of the amount (the sending of the accountant).
      For all orders received from Friday after the call center closing time to Sunday, or on public holidays, processing takes place starting from the first following working day. In these cases shipping times are calculated from the start of order processing.
  2. Responsibility
    • All products are carefully checked by Meeting before shipping, guaranteeing their integrity. Upon delivery of the products, the Customer is required to check:
      • that the packaging is intact, not damaged, wet or otherwise altered, including the closing materials (adhesive tape).
      • check that the products are intact and correspond to what you ordered

Any damage to the packaging and/or to the product must be immediately detected by placing a specific indication on the delivery document of the product to be returned to the courier.
Any problems relating to the physical integrity, correspondence or completeness of the products received must be reported via e-mail to info@xlabocchiali.it within 30 days of delivery. Following the notification, Meeting will replace or return the product.

  • Meeting is not responsible for the delayed and/or non-delivery of the product for which the courier used is responsible.
  1. Right of withdrawal and product replacement
    • Pursuant to art. 52 of Legislative Decree 206/2005, as amended by Legislative Decree 21/2014, the Customer may withdraw from the Conditions and therefore from the purchase contract for any reason, without the need to provide reasons and without any penalty, within 30 (thirty) working days from the date of receipt of the products. The Customer may alternatively request the replacement of the product within the same timeframe.
    • To exercise the right of withdrawal referred to in the previous article 8.1 or request the replacement of the product, the Customer must send Meeting a communication to this effect indicating the number of the order placed, within the terms indicated, to the following e-mail address info @xlabocchiali.it .
    • In the event of withdrawal or replacement of the product, the Customer will receive an email containing the return label and instructions for preparing and returning the package to Meeting within 30 (thirty) days from the creation of the label. Shipping costs in the event of withdrawal or replacement of the product are borne by Meeting.
    • The goods must be returned intact, complete with all their parts and in the original packaging, kept and possibly used for the time strictly necessary to establish and verify their nature, characteristics, color and size, according to normal diligence, without there being any signs of wear or dirt, in compliance with the following conditions:
      • the right of withdrawal or product replacement may apply to the product purchased in its entirety;
      • the right of withdrawal or replacement of the product may only apply to sunglasses and optical frames (any personalized and graduated lenses are excluded) present on the Site
      • for the withdrawal or replacement of the product to be possible, the product must be intact and returned in the original packaging, complete in all its parts (including packaging, any information note or other documentation and accessory equipment);
      • any customs charges (if any) for returning the goods will be the sole responsibility of the Customer and will be subtracted from the amount to be refunded.
      • the shipment, until receipt is certified in the warehouse indicated by Meeting, is under the complete responsibility of the customer;
      • in the event of damage to the goods during transport, Meeting will notify the Customer, to allow him to promptly file a complaint against the courier he has chosen and obtain the relevant reimbursement; the product will then be made available to the Customer, simultaneously canceling the withdrawal request;
      • Meeting will not be liable in any way for damage, theft or loss occurring during or in any case in connection with the return shipment.
    • In the event of product replacement, once the products to be replaced have been received, Meeting will send an e-mail with a summary of the replaced products and an indication of delivery times.
    • Meeting will reimburse the Customer the entire amount already paid (net of any costs for cash on delivery) within 6 (six) working days of receiving the product, through a cancellation procedure of the amount charged, using the same means of payment used by the Customer for the initial transaction. In case of payment by cash on delivery, Meeting will allow the customer to choose the payment method for the refund.

Meeting will send notification of the refund to the Customer via e-mail.

  • In any case, the Customer will lose the right of withdrawal or the possibility of replacing the product in cases where Meeting ascertains that:
    • the returned product and/or its accessories, and/or its packaging are not intact (e.g. damaged, deteriorated and/or dirty);
    • the product is missing its external packaging and/or the original internal packaging (e.g. without the guarantee seal);
    • the product is missing integral elements and/or accessories (e.g. case, microfibre, etc.)

In the event of forfeiture of the right of withdrawal or the possibility of replacing the product, Meeting will return the purchased product to the sender, charging, if already refunded, the price of the product. Shipping costs are paid by Meeting.

  1. Guarantees
    • All products sold by Meeting are covered by the guarantee for a period of 24 (twenty-four) months from the date of delivery of the product for defects of conformity, pursuant to Title III of the Legislative Decree. 206/2005. To benefit from warranty assistance, the Customer must keep the invoice, or the payment receipt, together with the transport document and send a report via e-mail to info@xlabocchiali.it .
    • The warranty for defects of conformity will apply provided that the relevant product has been used correctly, in compliance with its intended use and as provided in the use and maintenance instructions present in and/or with the product.
    • Following the report, the product will be replaced with an identical one or, failing that, the customer will be able to decide whether to replace it with an equivalent one or request a return.
    • In cases where the application of the guarantees requires the return of the product, the same must be returned by the Customer in the original packaging, complete in all its parts (including packaging and any documentation and accessory equipment).

    • Any complaints or requests for information can be addressed to MEETING at the following addresses:

  1. Privacy
    • The personal data collected when placing the Order will be processed by Meeting for the sole purpose of satisfying the express requests of the Customer, in compliance with EU Regulation 2016/679 and the privacy information on the site. Any further processing will be carried out only with the express consent of the Customer.
  1. Applicable law
    • The sales contract referred to in these Conditions and its execution is governed by Italian law, with the non-application of conflict rules and the United Nations Convention for the International Sale of Goods. The Court of the municipality of residence of the Customer will be competent to resolve the related disputes.
    • We would like to inform you that the European Commission provides a platform for the alternative extra-judicial resolution of disputes, including cross-border, accessible on the site http://ec.europa.eu/odr .
